I've saved the backing forever and just buy the replacements. I'm the type of person that needs to know the day and the date every day or I'm lost!I buy a new one every year because I like it so much. Its easy to see what day it is.I use two nails to hang the refill on the wall, under my clock. Love this use and will keep purchasing (can't find anything better). BUT, there were at least two weeks missing early in the year - not cool. It is messy when you tear the days off, little bits of paper stay behind and must be cleaned up. I'm considering buying a glued page-a-day calendar and drilling my own holes.I didn't even to think about going through and looking to make sure ALL the months were there. My last day was Sept 19 2022. I had to go away & when I got back home to update my calendar, that's when I realize that I'm missing 3 Months. It went back to July, Aug, Sept then in the end it started back up on 29 Dec 2022 - 5 Jan 2023. Now I have a lot of scratch paper. It was just a little frustrating. I almost got what I paid for. So if you buy this product make sure you get ALL the months.To expensive especially since they have made this calendar smaller than original-My 90 year old mother loves it. Easy to read across the roomIt is great for daily reminder for someone with memory issues. My only complaint is it should have a stand so it can be placed on a table and moved.Only issue is that it did not fit the refill holder. My husband had to drill holes in it to fit.
