Easy to set up, it’s just significantly lower to the ground than what I expected (I guess I must have thought I was closer to the ground than I am!), so, it’s a bit harder for my old lady bum to get out of every day!It looks nice and I’m getting used to needing a forklift to get out of bed, so I’ll keep it until I really do need help to get out of bed every day. I never knew that beds were now made for younger people to use, so I learned something with this purchase (in other words - if you are taller than 5’8”, and older than 60, you might want to measure how low the bed will be with whatever size mattress you will be putting on top). However, it was hard to assemble and I have stubbed my toe on those middle support legs a few painful times! I wish the legs were placed about 6 inches inward. It would give the same support and keep my toes stub free.My son moved 300 miles away. We shipped the frame to his destination, assembled it, brought in the mattress and realized that they had shipped the wrong size frame. We were in a position that we had to purchase a new mattress to fit the frame rather than disassemble and assemble a new one. Some of the holes were not drilled out and in some parts of the directions more than one person was needed.Horizontal rods are difficult to assemble. Otherwise, it is good and heavy duty.Doesn’t go together well a lot of holes offsetThis is a very sturdy beefcake. I ordered the queen bed. I see some reviews mentioning the difficulty with the metal posts (slats). There's a trick you can use. Each slat has a heavy plastic piece on the ends. They are not tight on the slats. You have to hammer them on tighter and then they will fit in the notches perfectly. This bed frame is a great buy at any price!!It all went well until the horizontal slats. The nubs don't fit in holes and just end up sliding around
