These are great!. Great price and they arrived quickly. You do have to assemble them as they arrive disassembled. They did not come with the allen wrench so you will have to use your own, neighbors or purchase one. There was not instructions but was easy to put together. Very sturdy. I have a friend that is over 300 lbs and sat in the seat without strain. He was more uncomfortable in the seat with the desk attached due to his size but the seat held well. The table top is on the small size and it does swings up. A Tablet, small laptop, or regular writing notebook is all that fits on it. It has a pen holder that runs down the length of the arm on the tabletop. .
