I've been using the original Godox X-Pro for a long time with my Canon system. The X-Pro II is a seamless upgrade. Most notable for me is that a) it's bigger, b) it feels sturdier, c) it has a quick-release hotshoe clamp, d) the battery cap is much stiffer and actually clicks in and stays put (I had to tape my X-Pro cap to keep it on), and e) it has Bluetooth. Well, the Bluetooth function isn't that big of a deal for me. I don't really use my phone to control my lights, that's why I have the X-Pro trigger to do it. The other big thing I noticed is the X-Pro II has a lot fewer buttons than the X-Pro. The X-Pro II is overall bigger in size, bigger screen, bigger buttons, but fewer buttons than the X-Pro. The X-Pro has more dedicated buttons to individual functions whereas the X-Pro II combines them or you have to navigate the menu a bit. Not too big of a deal for me as my main buttons (selecting lights, adjusting power, sync mode) are still easily accessible, but just something to note. Overall, I do really like the X-Pro II. I noticed mine didn't come with a plastic screen peel like the original X-Pro, but I also know the original X-Pro screen scratched easily. I haven't had any issues with the X-Pro II yet, but I'm still being careful with it.
